Common questions about onboarding.

Implementation starts with a proof of concept using a sample of your portfolio data. The STREETS team handles technical setup and liaises directly with your property managers. Timeline depends on portfolio size, the number of property managers involved and the complexity of your accounting structure. Contact us for a specific estimate — we can usually give you a realistic timeline after a 30-minute conversation.
For a proof of concept, we typically need a sample rent roll and a chart of accounts. You don't need to reformat your data before providing it — the STREETS team agrees the mappings with you and validates the structures, which takes a little time on both sides depending on the sources involved. During full deployment, we work with your property managers directly to configure their data feeds into the platform.
Property managers do not need to change their underlying systems. STREETS is flexible on file formats, date formats and column order; what matters is that data arrives to a specification agreed during onboarding. New data sources are mapped, tested and validated by the STREETS team — who liaise directly with your property managers — before they are used in production. Day to day, property managers then work through a guided upload portal with immediate validation feedback rather than sending files by email.
