Implementation starts with a proof of concept using a sample of your portfolio data. The STREETS team handles technical setup and liaises directly with your property managers. Timeline depends on portfolio size, the number of property managers involved and the complexity of your accounting structure. Contact us for a specific estimate — we can usually give you a realistic timeline after a 30-minute conversation.
For a proof of concept, we typically need a sample rent roll and a chart of accounts. STREETS handles the mapping — you don't need to reformat your data before providing it. During full deployment, we work with your property managers directly to configure their data feeds into the platform.
Property managers typically do not need to change their existing processes or file formats. STREETS is configured to receive data in their format and maps it to your structure automatically. The STREETS team liaises directly with property managers during onboarding to handle the technical configuration. Their workload increases only in that they now have a guided upload portal with immediate feedback rather than sending files by email.
